Our meeting started with the contractor taking time to explore the situation with digging of the area to expose pipes and a visual inspection of pipes in the ground that carried water from my sump pump to a dry well. The pipes were scoped, debris and damage were discovered, and it was determined these old pipes would need replacement. The contractor is very knowledgeable and was able to determine the exact issue. He communicated clearly the problem and showed me exactly what repairs and replacements were required. Communication was great with updates regarding materials delivery and project start date as well as updates throughout the project. The project was completed in a timely manner. "I enjoy working with Jason (and I am very picky who I work with). He first worked with me on building a brick walkway in our yard and was super flexible with us, used some bricks we had already and brought some he had to finish the job. He has also done some yard work for us as well as mowings. He had some bad luck with multiple equipment breaking at the same time, but if you are patient, he will do the job he agrees on, at a reasonable price AND he is super friendly and down to earth.
